We need our Account Directors to love the full marketing mix, create and lead client programmes that will exceed expectations and provide great ROI.
You’ll be a visible presence within your accounts; onsite with clients as often as possible building and nurturing long lasting relationships (don’t forget those Birthdays). You’ll be expected to drive and manage all elements of a successful account including:
You must have a client experience led approach to enable account growth and create opportunities.
As a leading member of the account management team you will be able to liaise with clients on a daily basis from junior roles to boardroom to deliver campaigns and solve problems.
Your natural proactive approach will help us present and sell in proposals but also spot opportunities to help our clients with ways to expand, create or execute campaigns.
