The role

We are a client experience driven agency, our clients love working with us and it’s our job to make them look good.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for Miramar’s brand and perception in the market place, all in and outbound communication plans. Planning and executing NB campaigns, writing proposals, awards entries and advertising. This a broad role and includes the following responsibilities (amongst others):

  • Credentials - templates and content creation
  • Proposals - writing and contributing to new business and client proposals
  • Presentation templates - creation and upkeep based on client service and new business requirements
  • Website - working with the digital management team – creating new and updating content for our home online
  • Awards - research, planning and entry for awards across the year
  • Internal communications - sharing Miramar news and initiatives across the whole team
  • Content - create and manage a content plan for the agency across all mediums (including case studies)
  • Campaigns - working with the appropriate team member, plan and execute awareness and new business campaigns (social, integrated, paid search - all GDPR compliant)
  • Product marketing - work with the MD to create white label product marketing suits. Including microsites, campaigns and collateral
  • Support the MD with any Miramar recruitment
  • Support the CST - during busy periods and covering holidays

Raising the profile of Miramar


Your goal will be to spread the good word of Miramar, educating existing clients of our full proposition and informing potential clients of how amazing Miramar is. Understanding what your colleagues are working on and can do is paramount in order to give you the information required to create and execute the content needed to fulfil your role.
Your natural proactive approach will help us present and sell in proposals but also spot opportunities to help our new business and client service teams offer a better and wider proposition to clients and prospects.

What we need from you

  • Positive and proactive approach
  • The ability to work independently, self-manage priorities and workload
  • People management/delegation skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience of managing multiple projects in a b2b market
  • A track record of managing campaigns
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Understand the full marketing mix
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
