The role

As the key point of contact for clients the senior account manager is crucial to our success by maintaining and growing great client relationships. At any one time you’ll be supporting the team in exceeding our client’s expectations – managing all aspects of your campaigns and projects including:

  • Client briefs
  • Proposals
  • Internal resource
  • The creative process
  • The production process
  • Timelines
  • Budgets/Financial planning

Building client relationships

You must have a client experience led approach to enable account growth and create opportunities.

As a senior member of the account management team you will be able to liaise with clients on a daily basis from junior roles to boardroom to deliver campaigns and solve problems.

Your natural proactive approach will help us present and sell in proposals but also spot opportunities to help our clients with ways to expand, create or execute campaigns. 



What we need from you

  • People management/delegation skills
  • At least 4 years’ experience of managing multiple projects from a b2b or integrated agency
  • A track record of growing accounts
  • The ability to forge and establish new client account relationships
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Understand the full marketing mix
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Technology channel experience would be an added bonus
