The role

We are a results driven, service focused agency that is looking for an ambitious and passionate b2b strategic marketer to lead our growing strategy, content, social and planning function.
An experienced and multidisciplined strategist and digital planner you will be engaging with our clients to ensure our solutions are innovative, relevant and bust industry standard ROI. Constantly pushing for market leading knowledge to advance our results and proposition.

Working collaboratively with creative, client service and digital teams to ensure we get the right message to the right audience and the right content in the right channel at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Leading agencies strategic response to client briefs
  • Managing and developing the content, social and planning team
  • Create a more digitally focused culture at the agency
  • Acting as a consultant to both clients and client service teams to help improve campaign results and ROI
  • Ensure our paid and organic social media services are cutting edge and deliver results
  • Keep up to date and educate the team with the latest innovations and trends in the paid and organic space
  • Shaping our strategic response to new business opportunities along with the pitch team and enhancing our digital proposition to new and existing clients
  • Assessing and improving technologies and digital processes
  • Presenting to clients
  • Raise the agency profile by running regular digital marketing best practice training sessions to the team and clients


What we need from you

  • Proven b2b track record of delivering great results for clients
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a digital planning or strategy role
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of digital channels and platforms
  • Experience in managing and developing a multi-skilled team
  • Keen interest in understanding audience personas and buyer behaviour
  • Strong knowledge of how customer journeys can be enriched and enhanced within campaigns
  • A complete grasp of marketing automation and analytics
  • The ability to forge and establish relationships with clients and internally
  •  Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  •  Proactive nature with problem solving mentality
  •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills
