As a key member of the creative team the Studio Production Manager will ensure that all creative projects are accurately scoped, exceed client objectives, hit deadlines and meet our standard for quality output. The role sits as a bridge between creative and client service teams ensuring all communication internally is accurate and efficient.



What we need from you

The role includes the following elements amongst others:

  • Scheduling workloads for the creative team
  • Accurately scoping and quoting projects
  • Checking, verifying creative briefs
  • Assigning work to relevant creative team members
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting workloads week by week
  • Quality control of all creative output
  • Making quick amends
  • Artworking print files
  • Checking timesheets
  • Advising best practices and assisting client service with print quotes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external printers
  • Managing the whole print production process
  • Managing additional resource with the provision of suitable freelance and contract support when required

Building Relationships

You must have a client experience led approach for projects, enabling account growth and creating opportunities. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to liaise internally with all departments to rationalise plans, scope, timeframes and solve problems whilst building strong positive relationships with a can do, solution led attitude.

  • Excellent understanding of print production
  • People management/delegation skills
  • At least 5 years’ experience of managing multiple projects from a B2B or integrated agency
  • A track record of successful studio management
  • The ability to forge and establish relationships
  • Dynamic personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
