The challenge

  • Cisco Meraki were launching a new product exclusively through two partner channels, Softcat being one of them
  • A campaign needed to be put into place and executed with speed. This was an extremely quick turnaround of two weeks to produce and go live with a landing page and AdWords campaign
  • SEO needed to broaden customer outreach and ensure campaign page was top result on search platforms
  • Website landing page text needed to be amended to fit with the Softcat tone of voice

The solution

  • A dedicated landing page with Softcat tone of voice was designed and launched, celebrating Softcat as an exclusive Meraki Go launch partner
  • Created an unboxing video along with free resource downloads to capture lead data for follow up sales calls
  • Drove traffic to the page through SEO, specifically an AdWords campaign. Blog posts were also created to support and elevate awareness and reach
  • Ensured post-launch consistency with digital signage that complimented the campaign, to engage sales teams and deliver product knowledge

The result

  • Clicks from the Ads increased month on month, with a campaign total of 1,140 clicks
  • Quality traffic time on page was consistently high  
  • The SEO work was successful, with nearly the same number of people arriving from an organic search result as from AdWords
  • Google Console data showed the page ranking in either first or second position for key words
