As a day to day contact for clients the Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring the client is up to speed at all times and the project is progressing as required. Reporting into the senior account management team you’ll know the ins and outs of every project.
At any one time you’ll be supporting the team in exceeding our client’s expectations – managing your clients campaigns and projects including:
You must have a client experience led approach to enable account growth and create opportunities.
As an important member of the account management team you will be able to liaise with clients on a daily basis from junior roles to boardroom to deliver campaigns and projects.
The ability to deliver on client requirements whilst working with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve or widen project/campaign scope and communicate these to your client.
