The role:

We are a client experience driven agency, our clients love working with us and it’s our job to make them look good.

As a day to day contact for clients the Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring the client is up to speed at all times and the project is progressing as required. Reporting into the senior account management team you’ll know the ins and outs of every project.

At any one time you’ll be supporting the team in exceeding our client’s expectations – managing your clients campaigns and projects including:

  • Client briefs
  • Proposals
  • Internal resource
  • The creative process
  • The production process
  • Timelines
  • Budgets

You must have a client experience led approach to enable account growth and create opportunities.

As an important member of the account management team you will be able to liaise with clients on a daily basis from junior roles to boardroom to deliver campaigns and projects.

The ability to deliver on client requirements whilst working with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve or widen project/campaign scope and communicate these to your client.

What we need from you:

  • People management/delegation skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience of managing multiple projects from a b2b or integrated agency
  • A track record of working on successful accounts
  • The ability to build relationships with clients
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver and succeed
  • Understand the full marketing mix
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Understand the full marketing mix specifically digital, content marketing, video, social media and website creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A good knowledge and understanding of paid advertising and social campaigns with the ability to make recommendations to our clients
  • Previous involvement in social media amplification and content syndication
