The NetWatch® website was looking dated and lacked engagement. They needed a new site with a look and feel to match their cutting-edge tools.
This meant showcasing their change in focus from investigation managed services to SaaS (with an emphasis on their open-source intelligence platform, ToolSuite).
The site needed to position NetWatch as the UK leaders in open source and social media investigation.
In line with the new direction, it also needed to be user-friendly – clear, authoritative, and with strong UX.
Other requirements: ensuring the new site was designed and built using the latest technology and optimised for SEO and conversions. An increase in organic traffic was a key objective for the new website.
We conducted a day-long workshop to identify NetWatch’s goals, existing website pain points, and key personas.
Following the workshop, we delivered a custom theme WordPress website design & build, bespoke API integration, and custom data feed functionality.
We have updated the website copy to reflect the new business direction. The tone of voice now conveys NetWatch’s authority and strong customer focus.
To grab the audience as soon as they arrive on the homepage, we created a looping video representing the OSINT ToolSuite.
The full design & build was completed within the tight deadlines.
The new website is fully scalable, making it suited for both NetWatch’s immediate and long-term business plans.
