The challenge.
Global data management and cyber security experts Commvault wanted to engage, educate, and empower their reseller partners across EMEA.
Commvault's Cyber Resilience Story is a compelling one, spanning several major topics and technologies, but keeping resellers up to date with the latest knowledge and product expertise is an evolving challenge.
Our mission was to create an incentive programme that would make information accessible and consumable for partners, while encouraging increased deal registrations and greater brand evangelism across the whole channel.
Our solution.
Our digital and creative teams designed, deployed, and managed an interactive gamification portal that took partners on a 12-week journey of education that would eventually lead to a top company prize of $20k MDF.
The portal was split into four zones — each representing a major pillar of the Commvault Cyber Resilience Story — with partners earning points for completing the weekly learning modules found within each zone.
Throughout the incentive period we ran an email programme to promote additional activities such as deal registrations, certifications, social sharing, and recording video pitches, giving partners further ways to climb the live leaderboard and win individual prizes at specific milestones.
