  • To work with the TOUGHBOOK Channel Marketing team to increase deal registrations across Europe.

The solution

  • 3-month incentive campaign with a premium high-value prize and weekly spot prizes to compel partners to register deals.
  • The premium prize was a weekend trip to the French Rivera, with flights, 3 nights’ accommodation, and tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix!* this resonated well with the target audience - partners are based all across Europe.
*Prize awarded for 2021 due to COVID-19 
  • Entries to the prize draw were based on the value of each deal registration, which meant partners needed to work on registering high value deals to increase their chance of winning the incentive.
  • The weekly spot prizes were €50 Amazon vouchers - we have seen success with Amazon vouchers in previous campaigns. The spot prizes really helped to keep the momentum going throughout the campaign period.
  • The campaign consisted of a series of emails, supported by organic social media posts. The emails were sent and the posts were posted throughout the campaign period, keeping the campaign top-of-mind for partners each week.

The results

  • There were over 200 deals registered over the duration of the campaign (206 total), which was a 130% increase in deal registrations per month.
  • There was a 779% increase in the value of registrations per month.

The campaign was a huge success! The Monaco Grand Prix package was a really compelling prize and generated a lot of buzz among partners. But most importantly, the pipeline generated through deal registrations increased dramatically. We’ll be working with Miramar to do a similar campaign in 2021 as this one worked so well!
