We started working with them in 2018, being brought in by a stakeholder who is still with us today. We’ve worked with them ever since, helping them launch and grow their digital and partner capabilities for Panasonic Connect.

We started working with Panasonic in 2018, engaged by their channel team to deliver GTM specialist support for Panasonic Connect. We established a partner registration process—including partner onboarding emails, webinar management and direct dealer activations—that formed the foundation of the channel programme.
Following the success of the channel partner programme, in 2019 we expanded the level of support and services we provided. We worked to deliver digital proficiency and drive awareness within the channel, launching the first Fly-Through campaigns to generate leads across multiple geographies.
Rapid lead generation
We worked with Panasonic to go beyond their existing strong track record with accounts in the ‘hi-viz’ sector. There was a need to nurture higher quality leads to hit increasingly ambitious targets.
Our 4-month rapid lead generation campaign focused on IT decision-makers in a shared demographic across multiple geographies. We developed sector-specific assets—translated into four languages—to drive wider engagement.
The results of this campaign truly delivered:
- 125 leads generated
- 547 nurture contacts
- 1,940% ROI
Deal registration incentive
We worked with Panasonic Business (now Connect) to drive sales for the TOUGHBOOK channel marketing team through an inventive partner campaign. Our solution was a 3-month campaign with prizes that would incentivise partners to register deals – the top prize, tickets to the Monaco Grand Prix!
The results of this campaign were highly successful:
- 206 deals registered
- 130% increase in deal registrations per month
- 779% increase in the value of registrations per month
Lead generation campaign
We worked with Panasonic to create an engaging campaign to generate leads for their ProAV L.I.V.E video series. Our solution was to optimise (using elements such as heatmapping & A/B testing) the landing page to increase conversion rates and video engagement.
The results went way above the Panasonic team’s expectations:
- 100 MQLs (over 4x higher than target)
- 12.1% email click through rate (over 4.5x higher than industry average)
- 1.95% landing page conversion rate (from 6,160 landing page views)
- 9 converted opportunities
Digital engagement
We worked with the Panasonic TOUGHBOOK team to find a fun way to engage event attendees and capture their contact details.
We developed a TOUGHBOOK branded arcade-style game which brought to life the challenges faced by end users and how TOUGHBOOK helped to solve them.
With prizes available for high scores, the game was run from a TOUGHBOOK housed within a full arcade casing complete with retro control sticks and classic buttons.
In these years our relationship truly progressed further, with Panasonic Connect seeing us as their reliable go-to-market marketing partner. We worked on projects and strategic programmes across all our areas of delivery; channel, campaigns, media & performance, digital experience and ABM.
Website revamp
We worked with Panasonic Connect to help design and build a new microsite for Omnia to highlight its benefits in a concise, engaging and optimised manner. This 6-page microsite contained appealing creative with conversion optimised messaging.
The results of this campaign had a massive impact for the team:

In the last year we have become much more brand focused. Working as a true extension of the Panasonic marketing team. Working with them on a range of GTM activities, including email nurtures, events, redesigning the partner program and most recently product launches.
Paris Olympics partner incentive
We worked with Panasonic TOUGHBOOK who were sponsors of the 2024 Paris Olympics to capture the excitement and spirit of the Games to boost TOUGHBOOK partner activity and sales pipeline on the portal.
Our solution ‘the TOUGHBOOK Games’ incentive awarded points and prizes (the top prize being hospitality tickets to an evening of Olympics finals action) to TOUGHBOOK channel partners based on their engagement with the partner portal.
The results were medal worthy:
- 42% email click-to-open rate
- 272% increase in portal registrations
Hero creative
We worked with Panasonic Connect to build a new hero creative concept and activation. The aim was to unite the diverse range of products services and innovation all under the Panasonic Connect umbrella.
Our creative team conceived a visual to represent the Panasonic positioning of ‘Connect to tomorrow’.
The visual, a bespoke 3D graphic, consisting of individual strips of varying colour and depth, each distinct yet interconnected, coming together to form a bold, futuristic brand mark.
Like the perfect B2B tech solution, every strand represents a unique capability – consultancy, hardware, software, AI innovation, expertise, and adaptability – woven into a seamless whole.
