Miramar has recently appointed Stephen Waddington as a non-executive director. Stephen is now responsible for supporting the agency as it ensures its proposition remains laser-focused on the needs of the B2B market in the wake of COVID-19.

The award-winning creative and digital marketing agency, based in Oxfordshire, has developed a proposition that reflects a landscape where ROI and holistic strategic thinking are paramount and campaign performance underpins every decision.

Waddington has been brought on board to make sure the agency continues to make the best decisions possible to support this proposition and keep advancing.

Craig, Managing Director and Founder of Miramar, stated:

"As an agency always looking for growth, we wanted someone to question our decisions within the board and senior team, to make sure our rationales made sense and we were all pulling in the same direction."

"Stephen’s experience building agencies and digital propositions made him a great fit. His relaxed, personal, but professional and passionate approach to B2B marketing is akin to the agency’s culture as a whole."

Stephen said:

"Miramar is an independent B2B marketing agency with a strong proposition that has an excellent opportunity to grow and scale out of the COVID-19 crisis."

"In the shift to hybrid office and home working we’re focused on optimising communication across the agency and ensuring that creative output doesn’t miss a beat."

Stephen was previously managing director at digital marketing agency Metia (2019-2020) and Chief Engagement Officer at Ketchum (2012-2018). In June of this year, he established his own consultancy, Wadds Inc., to help organisations work through change, culture, growth, and sustainability.

Miramar’s clients span a range of B2B sectors, including tech, life sciences, and professional services. They include Panasonic, Fujitsu, Hiscox, Oxford Instruments, and Valda Energy.

Since appointing Stephen in August, Miramar has continued to win clients and grow while delivering performance-focused services. Adopting a full-funnel approach enables the agency to help organisations build their reputation and exceed their marketing objectives in this challenging period.
