Miramar has recently appointed Stephen Waddington as a non-executive director. Stephen is now responsible for supporting the agency as it ensures its proposition remains laser-focused on the needs of the B2B market in the wake of COVID-19.


The award-winning creative and digital marketing agency, based in Oxfordshire, has developed a proposition that reflects a landscape where ROI and holistic strategic thinking are paramount and campaign performance underpins every decision.


Waddington has been brought on board to make sure the agency continues to make the best decisions possible to support this proposition and keep advancing.

Stephen was previously managing director at digital marketing agency Metia (2019-2020) and Chief Engagement Officer at Ketchum (2012-2018). In June of this year, he established his own consultancy, Wadds Inc., to help organisations work through change, culture, growth, and sustainability.
