The challenge

  • Panasonic were looking to have some festive fun with their database
  • They wanted to engage Channel Partners and potential new customers during the Christmas period

The solution

  • To generate interaction with a festive feel, we opted for a digital advent calendar
  • By utilising the advent theme we could keep their data coming back to the landing page throughout December
  • We devised an on-brand festive concept before designing and building the landing page and emails within Eloqua
  • A series of emails were then sent throughout the month with a unique code for each contact
  • The contact would need to enter their code to see if they’d won a prize
  • By including ‘Toughbook’ within the campaign title and concept, we had a subtle nod to their product without being too sales led

The result

  • As the stats show, the campaign generated great engagement, achieving a 38% email open rate, 49% CTR and average dwell time of 2 minutes
  • Contacts were nurtured, turning the leads warm so that they could be followed up in the New Year 
  • The campaign did a great job at bringing Panasonic and their contacts together with a light-hearted and fun theme
