The challenge

  • Red Box came to us in need of a brand development
  • This would encompass proposition, messaging, a full rebrand and a new website
  • The current website wasn’t up to scratch with limiting templates, poor SEO and out of date content
  • Their logo was overly complex, untidy and didn’t reflect their position as a global B2B tech brand
  • The brand was being applied inconsistently across different collateral with an old fashioned colour palette
  • Imagery was very stocky and didn’t reflect their proposition
  • The new brand needed to create consistency and position them as industry leaders to help increase sales

The solution

  • To ensure that the results truly reflected Red Box, we ran 1-2-1 interviews with key stakeholders and organised a half day branding workshop
  • Our copywriters crafted the new tone of voice/personality, promise, differentiation and a defined value proposition
  • Armed with our stakeholder research and new messaging, our creative team then set to work creating a new brand identity that reflected their vision and values
  • We ensured post-launch consistency with the production of brand and messaging guides
  • Before designing and building the new site our technical workshop unearthed the desired functionality, structure and content
